Before we go surveying I have about 2 hours of preparation to do this involves warming up the survey equipment
racks to a workable temperature i.e. +6°C and then checking the equipment is functioning.  Finally a gravity still
reading is started and this takes 1 hour.   Finally we are ready to fly survey.

At Talos it wasn't just us but a French/Italian drilling project as well, above is the helicopter brining in a support beam
for the roof.

In a spare moment I built a new base for BAS!! Snows a bit dry for such things so now snow people (since NERC are PC).
